This is fucking retarded. Apparently teachers and teachers' aids are too fucking paranoid and lazy to actually watch what kids are doing, and thusly need to ban childhood staples. Parents are also to blame, because they're the greedy fuckers suing the school districts for run-of-the-mill childhood injuries.

It's a sad time we're living in. Personal responsibility is no longer in the vocabulary of most people. It makes me sad to think the people having kids are in my generation.
